Belinda Lowe

  • Belinda joined the firm as a second year articled clerk and has now gained several years post admission experience, focusing on commercial and property law.

    Belinda provides advice and acts on a wide range of commercial and property matters but particularly focuses on the following areas:

    • Commercial and retail shop leasing
    • Business and chattel conveyancing
    • High end residential conveyancing
    • Preparation of commercial agreements
    • Building unit developments

    By focusing particularly on these areas Belinda ensures that she is up to date with legislative amendments and able to get the best benefits for her clients from the transaction.

    Belinda is the Queensland lawyer for a number of interstate credit unions, and is responsible for the preparation of mortgages and release of mortgages for those credit unions. She also provides advice on mortgages, guarantees and franchise agreements and general commercial matters.
