Jenny Grant

  • Being the manager of five offices throughout Far North Queensland requires excellent communication skills, time management expertise and hard work.

    In her capacity as Office Manager, which she has held for the last seven years, Jenny Grant is unwaivered in her drive to manage a fast growing firm.

    With a strong background in Practice Management Jenny worked for a medium sized law firm in Cairns prior to joining Marino Moller Lawyers.

    She was also Office Manager for a national and international real estate company based in Melbourne, her home town, for several years prior to moving to Cairns.

    In her position, Jenny has undertaken a review of office practice, drafted the firms office and procedures manual, assisted in the implementation of improved networking capabilities, overseen the accounts department operation, managed the firms human resources, and advised on the update of information technology resources in the firm.

    Since Jenny’s arrival, the firm has commenced utilization of electronic dictation and speech recognition software, together with required network upgrades.
    Jenny has also overseen the office extensions in Cairns, Edmonton and Babinda, and has managed the necessary integration of systems in the Port Douglas office.

    Jenny, with her advanced organisational and managerial skills, is a valuable asset to the firm.
