Vicki Barnett

  • With an incredible zest of energy and a passion for seeing a project to completion, Vicki Barnett manages the conveyancing for the firms clients in the southern region.

    Vicki is a loyal and hard working member of the team, having first been employed in 1998 as Brett Moller’s personal assistant where she gained valuable insight into conveyancing and associated issues and has been working in the legal system for over 17 years. She is also a Commissioner of Declarations.

    Her background is diverse having traveled extensively throughout Australia, working in Queensland at the Land Tax Office, in South Australia with the Department of Defence, in Victoria with the Victorian Legal Aid Commission and Arthur Robinson and Hedderwicks Solicitors, in New South Wales  with a chemical company, in the Northern Territory with the Katherine Region Tourism and finally in Queensland with Marino Moller Lawyers.

    Vicki was born in Queensland to a Military family and educated at Ipswich Girls Grammar School as a border. After leaving school she attended Kangaroo Point Technical College and received a Certificate in Business/Secretarial Studies. Her greatest career challenge has been building up the conveyancing team for Marino Moller Lawyers in southern Cairns and working with a diverse range of clients.  It’s a role she relishes.
